BEAD BRAKING SYSTEM
Our Fasep tyre changer machines come with Fasep’s excellent bead braking system. The bead braker arm is equipped with a high efficiency, double acting cylinder, and Fasep’s patented mechanism. This mechanism optimises bead braker operations, always keeping the ideal working inclination between wheel and blade. To assist further, the wheel support is adjustable in 2 different positions.
PNEUMATIC LIFT
The new concept pneumatic lift is available on demand on our Fasep tyre changer machines. This pneumatic lift comes complete with roller rest, having maximum working capacity of 60 kg. With this lift you can quickly position the wheel on the self-centering turntable without any operator effort. Add a pneumatic lift to your tyre changer order to take advantage of the convenience it offers

All of our Tyre Changers are 3 Phase power by default, however can convert it to run off 240V if required.
All of our machines come with a full range of plastic protectors. They also have fail-safes in place to protect the rim. Good air pressure and correct usage of the machine will make the machine safe to use on all types of wheels.
